Another year for writers

January 1, 2013

Well, it’s another year, and the question is: Will 2013 be the year you finally start and complete that book you’ve always dreamed of writing. Perhaps your goals go beyond writing that first book to successfully finding an agent or getting out of the comfort zone and zealously marketing a book you know is sure to knock the socks off readers. 1. Having completed two ebooks in 2012, I feel confident that the third book I have just started will be even better. There are so many resources out there to help new writers, loads of helpful hints. 2013 is going to be a good one!

    • Good deal. Keep at it. No one can stop you but yourself. I don’t give myself a word limit each day, but rather a time limit.

      • I don’t give myself any limits at the moment. Yesterday I wrote almost 3000 words, but today life has got in the way and so far I haven’t written anything. The story is still in my head and as soon as the opportunity arises I will be tapping the keys again

  2. Been there, done that. I like to have a certain time every day when I write.
